Called Randy after 3 days no toilet and 2 days of a big plumbing outfit being out here giving me high dollar estimate for repairs and replacement I apparently don't need. Fifteen minutes and a toothbrush stuck in the drain later ,Caleb was done and out the door. And for a very minimal cost considering a Sunday call-out. Got my business in the future . Very impressed with Michael's efficient effective results!!!  Strongly recommend this company.  We had several other plumbers give us a diagnosis, recommendations, and quotes--but Rooter 911 was the most responsive with most reasonable pricing.  Michael knew exactly what was wrong and didn't waste any time accessing the clogged drain and jetting it clean!
